Andhra Pradesh Fortifies Energy Security with 14,000-Ton LPG Reserve
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu announced a 14,000-ton LPG reserve, adequate for 15 days, while reviewing the supply chain. The CM emphasized the need for e-KYC and OTP for deliveries to prevent illegal diversions, and called for enhanced production and infrastructure for LPG and natural gas distribution.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu affirmed that the state currently maintains a 14,000-ton LPG reserve, sufficient for the next 15 days.
During a review of the LPG supply chain at the Real Time Governance System, Naidu assured that new stocks would soon reinforce the state's energy security. He mandated e-KYC and OTP for all LPG deliveries to curb illegal diversions.
The Chief Minister urged gas companies to increase production and improve supply, stressing the need to strengthen the city gas distribution network and explore CNG and PNG infrastructure expansion.
