Ukraine's military launched a second drone attack within a week on Russia's Tuapse oil refinery, as confirmed by drone force commander Robert Brovdi on Telegram.

Russian officials reported that this attack on the Black Sea port caused a fire and casualties, following a similar incident extinguished on April 16.

Rosneft's Tuapse refinery, a key facility with the capacity to process 240,000 barrels of crude daily, remains critical, supplying products such as naphtha, fuel oil, and diesel.
