The international community is grappling with an unprecedented energy crisis, triggered by conflict with Iran, according to Fatih Birol, head of the International Energy Agency, who spoke on Thursday.
"Oil and gas markets are confronting significant challenges," Birol highlighted during a conference in Paris. Elevated oil prices, surpassing $120, are placing immense economic pressure on countries worldwide.
The situation intensified as Brent crude prices soared to a four-year high, fueled by fears that the ongoing Iran conflict could further exacerbate the crisis.
