Magnitude 5.8 earthquake strikes Chile's Bio-Bio region, EMSC says

​An ‌earthquake of ​magnitude ‌5.8 struck Chile's Bio-Bio ‌region ‌on Saturday, ⁠the ​European-Mediterranean Seismological ⁠Centre said.

The quake ⁠was ​23 km (15 miles) ⁠deep, ⁠the ​EMSC said.
