During a recent conference on the mitigation of CBRN threats, a senior scientist from India's DRDO, Upendra Kumar Singh, underscored the growing necessity for enhanced preparedness against chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear risks globally. Singh, a key figure in Soldier Support Systems at DRDO, emphasized that these threats continue to pose significant challenges worldwide.
