Gunveer Singh Elevated to Executive Director at RBI

The Reserve Bank of India has promoted Gunveer Singh to Executive Director. Previously the Chief General Manager-in-Charge of the Department of Payment and Settlement Systems, Singh brings over 30 years of experience. His expertise includes banking supervision, risk monitoring, and government banking.

In a recent development, the Reserve Bank of India announced the promotion of Gunveer Singh to the role of Executive Director.

Singh previously served as Chief General Manager-in-Charge for the Department of Payment and Settlement Systems and assumed his new role on Monday.

A Chartered Accountant and Cost and Works Accountant, Singh brings over three decades of expertise in areas such as banking supervision and risk monitoring to his new position.
