France condemns Russian overnight attack on Ukraine with ballistic missile

​French President ‌Emmanuel Macron on ​Sunday condemned a ‌Russian overnight attack against Ukrainian capital Kyiv, which included ‌the launch of ‌a ballistic missile Oreshnik. "France condemns this attack and ⁠the ​use ⁠of the Oreshnik ballistic missile, which ⁠above all signify ​a form of escalation and ⁠the impasse of Russia’s ⁠war ​of aggression," Macron said in ⁠a post on X.

He reiterated ⁠his ⁠country's commitment to supporting Ukraine.
