Egypt to clear all oil, gas arrears owed to foreign firms by June 10

​Egypt ​will ‌clear ​all arrears ‌owed to foreign oil and gas ‌companies by June ‌10, a cabinet ⁠statement quoted ​Petroleum ⁠Minister Karim Badawi ⁠as saying on ​Monday.

The remaining $440 million ⁠in arrears ⁠will ​be settled ahead of ⁠the original June ⁠30 ⁠target, Badawi said.
