Gurugram Police and Bomb Disposal Squad inspected various municipal offices following a bomb threat email targeting sectors 34, 42, and 39. In a compelling development, the Gurugram Police alongside the Bomb Disposal Squad meticulously inspected the Municipal Corporation office in Sector 34 after a bomb threat emerged. The alert was initiated when the Gurugram District Deputy Commissioner received an alarming email threat, which also referenced similar vulnerabilities in Sectors 42 and 39.

This incident arrives on the heels of last May's unnerving email threats directed at several prestigious schools in Chandigarh, prompting an extensive security response. Authorities rapidly mobilized with security agencies, employing emergency protocols to quell any potential danger.

Chandigarh Police have since confirmed the email threats mirrored previous ones, yet reassuringly, no hazardous objects have been uncovered.
