In the village of Minpa, nestled within the challenging landscape of Chhattisgarh's Sukma district, a remarkable transformation has unfolded. Originally a modest two-bed healthcare setup, this establishment has evolved into a Sub-Health Centre, now poised to gain the prestigious National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS) certification.

Once a Maoist stronghold, Minpa has seen significant infrastructure improvements, catalyzed by increased security and connectivity. Notably, the Minpa Sub Health Centre boasts telemedicine services, enabling patient consultations with specialists at district hospitals. Located in a region long marred by isolation and security concerns, the centre epitomizes a resurgence in healthcare provision, backed by Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai's commitment to deploying ample healthcare personnel.

Healthcare commenced humbly in 2021 from a hut-based facility. Today, it offers modern amenities, including digital health and ambulance services. Key figures such as Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. R K Singh emphasize telemedicine's role in delivering specialist care to remote communities, providing timely consultations and digital prescriptions. This initiative aligns with broader state efforts, including the Mukhyamantri Swasthya Bastar Abhiyan, under which health teams routinely visit rural areas for screenings and disease monitoring.
