Nigeria maritime workers begin strike; Apapa and Tin Can ports closed

Maritime workers under the aegis of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) have begun their strike over their unpaid entitlements by the International Oil Companies on Wednesday. Due to its impact, Nigeria's busiest seaport, Apapa and Tin-Can ports are reportedly shut down, according to reports of local media.
