Air Ambulance, emergency services outside UK royal's Buckingham Palace

A woman who was hit by a car outside Buckingham Palace has been rushed to hospital with serious head injuries. An air ambulance landed close to the Queen Victoria Memorial outside the Queen's central London home as tourists gathered at the gates.
