Russia's Transneft says it has received bids to supply oil to Belarus in March - Ifax
Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft said on Tuesday that it had received bids from several companies to supply oil to refineries in Belarus in March, the Interfax news agency reported.
Minsk and Moscow have been at loggerheads since Jan. 1, when they failed to agree on oil delivery terms for 2020 and major Russian oil companies suspended pipeline oil supplies to Belarus.
Russia last week proposed new terms for future oil supplies to Belarus to partially compensate Minsk for the cost of taxes introduced in 2019.
