Russia reports 13,233 new COVID-19 cases, 459 deaths

Russia reported 13,233 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, including 1,409 in Moscow, taking the national infection tally to 4,099,323 since the pandemic began.

Russia's coronavirus taskforce said 459 people had died in the last 24 hours, pushing the official national death toll to 80,979.
