Nine hurt in Russian missile attack on Kharkiv, regional governor says

A Russian missile struck a civilian target on Wednesday in Ukraine's second largest city, Kharkiv, injuring nine people, the regional governor said.

Kharkiv governor Oleh Synehubov, writing on Telegram, said the strike involved a S-300 missile, but provided no further details. He said emergency crews were at the scene.
