According to officials, the yoga session was organized to raise awareness about yoga's extensive potential for enhancing health and well-being.
Under the guidance of Special Commissioner of Police Sanjay Kumar, the welfare unit of the Delhi police marked International Yoga Day. Sessions were held on the premises of the police headquarters, with participation from top officers including CP Sanjay Arora. Simultaneously, yoga programmes were conducted in all Delhi prisons, involving both jail staff and inmates.
