Data Patterns (India) Ltd has announced the launch of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme aimed at supporting 13 children battling cancer. The initiative is a collaboration with the Tiara Haemophilia and Cancer Foundation, designed to provide necessary financial assistance and healthcare services to underprivileged children in need of treatment.
The city-based aerospace and defence electronic solutions company aims to offer these children the best possible care by partnering with renowned hospitals and healthcare providers. According to a statement released by the company on Saturday, the CSR initiative focuses on ensuring that children from low socio-economic backgrounds receive timely and effective medical intervention.
Company Director Rekha Murthy Rangarajan highlighted the importance of equal healthcare access, stating, "We firmly believe that every child should have an equal opportunity in life, regardless of their circumstances, especially to treat illnesses. Cancer treatment has advanced immensely in recent times and no child should lose to cancer due to their socio-economic conditions."
