Governor Vadym Filashkin informed Radio Liberty that Moscow troops deployed two highly destructive bombs, which severely damaged two apartment blocks, shops, and vehicles in the town center. There are concerns that individuals might be trapped under the rubble.

Filashkin described the assault as another war crime by Russia, emphasizing that no place in the Donetsk region is entirely safe. Video footage accompanying his Telegram post showed rescuers assisting an elderly woman from a damaged building, surrounded by debris.

Kramatorsk, located approximately 20 kilometers from the front lines, frequently faces Russian attacks.
