Resident doctors in Jaipur reignited their strike on Saturday night, citing government 'inaction' in addressing their demands for improved workplace safety. The strike impacts both elective and emergency services.
Dr. Manohar Siyol, President of the Jaipur Association of Resident Doctors, highlighted the 48-hour ultimatum given to the government, which expired at 8 PM on Saturday, without any response.
Doctors across other districts like Ajmer and Udaipur are expected to join the strike from Sunday, as the situation develops amid continued dissatisfaction over government inaction.
