Vice-President's Health: A Nation's Concern

Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar is showing satisfactory progress as he recovers at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi. The Vice-President, aged 73, was admitted early Sunday morning after experiencing uneasiness and chest pain, according to reliable sources.

Under the supervision of Dr. Rajiv Narang, head of cardiology at AIIMS Delhi, Dhankhar is being closely monitored by a team of doctors in the critical care unit. This follows his hospitalization at around 2 AM on Sunday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi personally visited the hospital on Sunday afternoon to inquire about the Vice-President's health condition. Inquiring via a post on platform X, he expressed hopes for a speedy recovery. Union Health Minister JP Nadda also visited to stay updated on Dhankhar's health status.
