Tragic Assault: Nurse Attacked by Ambulance Driver

A 22-year-old nurse was assaulted and molested by an ambulance driver at a private hospital. The incident occurred when the nurse was on a call. A case has been filed against the driver, who is currently missing. Both individuals belong to the Dalit community.

A 22-year-old nurse experienced a horrifying assault at the hands of an ambulance driver at a local private hospital, authorities reported.

The attack unfolded as the nurse was attending to a call, and the driver, known as Rohit alias Mohit, allegedly molested her. When she resisted, he violently grabbed her hair, beat her, and pushed her to the ground, recounted Kotwali SHO Sachidanand Pandey.

Doctors and hospital attendees responded to her cries for help, rescuing her and reprimanding the suspect, who manages to evade capture. The police have filed charges under various sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita as efforts to apprehend the suspect continue.
