In a tragic incident, a 21-year-old medical student was found dead in her hostel room in Pune. The police confirmed that the incident occurred late Tuesday night, revealing the young woman was hanging and left behind a note outlining her struggles.
The student, originally from Rajasthan and a second-year MBBS student at government-run B J Medical College, had been under psychiatric treatment since high school, according to police officials at Bundgarden station. Despite her mental health challenges, she expressed her desire to continue her studies.
The police stated that no one was blamed in the note and investigations continue. Her family has been notified, and authorities are probing further into the matter, aiming to understand the circumstances leading up to this tragic event.
