The Union Health Ministry, aligning with the World Health Organization, has commenced an extensive campaign via the Delhi Metro at Sultanpur station. This initiative is aimed at enhancing the health and wellbeing of women and girls.
Set to run through December and January, the campaign will champion causes such as women's safety, mental health support, digital inclusion, prenatal diagnostics, and tuberculosis awareness. These messages will be prominently featured across diverse Metro routes and selected stations.
Union Health Secretary Punya Salila Srivastava emphasized the impact of using Delhi Metro's vast reach to disseminate these crucial health and safety messages, thereby empowering millions of women and girls in the capital.
