Delhi Police Crack Down on Counterfeit Antacid and Coffee Network
Delhi Police have dismantled a racket involved in producing fake antacid and counterfeit coffee in Madhu Vihar. Four individuals were arrested with goods worth Rs 20 lakh seized. The illegal operations posed significant public health risks, with manufacturing carried out in rented flats across Delhi.

In a significant operation, Delhi Police dismantled an organized crime network involved in the manufacturing and distribution of fake antacid powder and counterfeit coffee products in Madhu Vihar, East Delhi.
Authorities have arrested four individuals and confiscated goods valued at approximately Rs 20 lakh. The illegal production sites, operating from rented apartments, were supplying across several states, posing serious public health concerns.
Identification of the suspects includes Uttam Das, Papai Das Baragya alias Pankaj, Nitin Bharadwaj, and Sanjay Bansal. Under Bharadwaj's direction, the racket functioned for two months. A case has been registered and further investigations are ongoing.
