Abu Dhabi [UAE], July 25 (ANI/WAM): The UAE's ascent in the global sporting arena continues as Dubai is officially confirmed as the host for the Games of the Future 2025. The event, scheduled for autumn 2025, cements Dubai's reputation as a premier destination for innovation, technology, and sports.

Ghanim Mubarak Al Hajeri, Director-General of the General Authority of Sports, UAE, highlighted Dubai's prominence, stating, "Dubai stands as the world leader and a hub for the brightest and best in sports and technology. Hosting the Games of the Future 2025 is a natural progression of our excellence in the phygital movement."

Nis Hatt, CEO of Phygital International, expressed enthusiasm: "We are thrilled that Dubai, the world's leading technology powerhouse, will host this major event. The Games of the Future present an exciting opportunity to showcase Dubai's unparalleled tech, sport, and gaming culture."

The event will see teams from around the globe, who are currently qualifying via the World Phygital Community (WPC) and participating in the Phygital Games 2024/25 season, competing for top honors.
