Marc Hirschi of UAE Team Emirates displayed remarkable poise to secure the overall victory at the Czech Tour, concluding with the final stage from Sumperk to Sternberk, covering 131.8 km.
Hirschi broke away with Julian Alaphilippe of Soudal Quickstep, engaging in a strategic battle as the chasing group closed in. Although Alaphilippe won the sprint to the finish line, Hirschi's second-place finish was enough to guarantee him the overall title.
Close on Hirschi's heels in the overall standings was Diego Ulissi, followed by Colombian rider Sergio Higuita from Red Bull - Bora.
