DUBAI, UAE, August 10 (ANI/WAM): In a bid to elevate public awareness regarding global climate issues and their solutions, COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company has announced an international documentary film competition. The competition, named 'Voices of Change: A Glimpse into Global Climate Action,' is open to experienced documentary filmmakers, both individuals and companies, from around the globe.

The initiative aims to keep the conversation around global climate action active while highlighting collective efforts to tackle environmental challenges. Through the creative medium of documentary filmmaking, the competition will serve as a platform to showcase innovative solutions to climate issues. It is poised to cultivate creative ideas and strategies that support sustainable climate actions.

The competition focuses on key themes such as biodiversity conservation, efficient water resource management, climate change impacts, indigenous knowledge and practices, and renewable energy solutions.
