The platform aims to serve both tenants and landlords by providing indicative rental values and reliable data on residential properties.
The newly introduced Rental Index offers quarterly rental pricing data across various Abu Dhabi locales, designed to inform the decisions of investors and residents. 'The Rental Index will energize the rental market in Abu Dhabi and further contribute to the emirate's competitive edge, attracting international investors,' stated Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director-General of ADREC.
Al Omaira emphasized that the initiative would enhance the attractiveness and sustainability of Abu Dhabi's real estate sector. Upcoming metrics, such as the commercial index and service charge index, are set to further strengthen the sector's resilience and reliability, aligned with ADREC's ongoing strategy to elevate customer satisfaction and deliver value to all stakeholders.
