Union Minister Piyush Goyal has emphasized the burgeoning India-US relations, underscoring the strong partnership between the nations fostered by the camaraderie of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and US President Donald Trump. He highlighted mutual interests in advancing investment, business, technology, and defense ties, speaking at the Asia Economic Dialogue.
Goyal, while addressing the media, also took a jab at Congress and its senior leader Sam Pitroda over comments concerning China, questioning the party's national allegiance. The remarks had sparked reactions from the Bharatiya Janata Party, which accused Congress of favoring China.
Celebrating BJP's electoral success in Haryana, Maharashtra, and Delhi, Goyal praised Rekha Gupta's ascension as Delhi Chief Minister, predicting the advancement of Delhi under her leadership. He stressed the significance of a developed capital to India's national progress.
