China says at least 3 dead, 265 missing, in mudslide in Tibet's Gyirong

​At ‌least three ​people have ‌died, with 265 others missing, following a mudslide ‌in Tibet's Gyirong on ‌Wednesday, China's state broadcaster CCTV said, ⁠citing authorities' ​preliminary ⁠tally.

The exact number ⁠of casualties is ​still being verified, CCTV said. ⁠These are the ⁠first ​casualty figures provided for ⁠the Chinese side of ⁠the border.
