Russia says it has struck two Ukrainian vessels, news agencies report

‌The Russian ​defence ‌ministry said on Friday ‌that it ‌had struck ⁠a ​cargo ⁠vessel in the Ukrainian ⁠port ​of Chornomorsk and ⁠a ⁠tanker ​near Odesa, ⁠Russian news agencies ⁠reported.
