Russia says it hits cargo vessel in Ukraine's Odesa

‌Russian forces ​struck ‌a cargo vessel in Ukraine's Black Sea ‌port of ‌Odesa on Tuesday, Russia's Defence ⁠Ministry ​said, ⁠adding that ⁠the vessel was suspected ​of supplying the ⁠Ukrainian military.
