Yemen's president calls on Yemenis to mobilise

​Rashid ​al-Alimi, ‌the Riyadh-based president ​of ‌Yemen's Saudi-backed, internationally recognised government, called on ‌Yemenis on ‌Friday to mobilise and ⁠join ​the armed ⁠forces.

He also offered ⁠a future general ​amnesty to Houthi ⁠fighters and affiliates ⁠who ​leave the group starting ⁠September 26.
