Russia says overnight strike hit Kyiv communications centre, energy facilities, Izmail port

​Russia's ‌defence ministry said ​on ‌Wednesday that Russian forces launched a ‌massive overnight strike, hitting ‌a communications centre in ⁠Kyiv, Ukraine, ​energy ⁠facilities in the Kyiv ⁠region that ​support military production, as ⁠well as port ⁠infrastructure ​in Izmail.

The ministry ⁠said all designated ⁠targets were ⁠struck.
