Earthquake of magnitude 5.3 strikes Hindu Kush region of Afghanistan, GFZ says

​An ‌earthquake of ​magnitude ‌5.3 struck the Hindu Kush region ‌of Afghanistan, ‌the German Research ⁠Centre for ​Geosciences (GFZ) ⁠said on ⁠Thursday.

The quake ​was at a ⁠depth of ⁠10 ​km (6.21 mile), ⁠GFZ said.
