Deutsche Bahn wins court challenge to competitor access rule

Deutsche Bahn on Thursday ​won a legal challenge ​against a regulator's ‌plan to ​reserve rail capacity for competitors seeking to enter Germany's long-distance rail market.

An administrative ‌court in the city of Cologne said a requirement imposed by the Federal Network Agency on infrastructure unit DB InfraGO ‌was unlawful.
