‌Huang Qifan, ​a ‌former mayor of the Chinese city ‌of Chongqing, ‌is under investigation ⁠for suspected ​law ⁠and discipline ⁠violations, the ​anti-graft watchdog said in ⁠a statement ⁠on ​Tuesday.
