Russia targets Ukrainian state railway in massive attack, CEO says
Russian forces targeted facilities belonging to Ukraine's state railway in a massive attack overnight, its CEO said on Wednesday.
In a statement on Facebook, Oleksandr Pertsovskyi of Ukrzaliznytsia said waves of strikes targeted the Kharkiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi and Ternopil regions.
