Pope's recovery on track after surgery, Vatican says

Pope ‌Leo's recovery from ​lung surgery is ‌progressing regularly, his doctors said in a statement ‌released by the Vatican ‌on Thursday. Routine check-ups on the pontiff yielded ⁠normal ​results ⁠and a chest X-ray showed ⁠a good recovery of ​his operated lung, the doctors ⁠said.

They also said ⁠that ​Leo carried out daily activities independently ⁠and did physiotherapy with ⁠a ⁠full range of physical movements.
