All EU countries "very unhappy" with EU budget proposals, Dutch PM says

EU ​countries ‌had a sometimes "icy" ​exchange of views ‌on the next EU budget on Thursday, which made ‌clear everybody is unhappy ‌with the current proposals, Dutch Prime Minister Rob ⁠Jetten ​said ⁠on Friday.

"It was at times ⁠an icy and ​pretty predictable exchange which in ⁠short showed everybody is ⁠unhappy," ​Jetten said as he arrived for the ⁠second day of a ⁠summit ⁠of EU leaders in Brussels.
