President of Rwanda, Paul Kagame has arrived in South Africa’s Cape Town on March 5 to attend Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO) EDGE, the organisation’s flagship event.

Paul Kagame is likely to hold a fireside chat moderated by former YPO International Chairman, McKeel Hagerty as well as attend a dinner with South Africa’s President Cyril Ramaphosa. He has received YPO delegations to Rwanda several times and has participated in different events organised by YPO globally. He earlier was also awarded by the organization with the Global Leadership Award in March 2003.

On the other hand, the group is also looking forward to recruiting around 2,000 young Rwandans and those from the region to be members of the organization, as reported by The New Times. As a global podium, YPO has expertise in bringing together chief executives of various firms to engage, learn and grow to harness knowledge, influence and trust among themselves to create global impact.
