RPT-Finland's outgoing PM: "hugely disappointed" at cabinet fall

Finland's outgoing Prime Minister Juha Sipila said on Friday he was "hugely disappointed" that his cabinet had to resign over its failure to pass a long-planned healthcare reform.

"My government will continue as a caretaker cabinet," Sipila told a news conference, adding he expected Finland to be able to form a government before June or July. Finland is assuming the European's Union rotating presidency on July 1. (Reporting by Anne Kauranen and Tarmo Virki, writing by Gwladys Fouche, editing by Terje Solsvik)
