Russian Deputy PM: Transneft ready to compensate damage from dirty oil - IFX
Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft is ready to compensate Russian oil companies for damage from contaminated oil, Interfax news agency quoted Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak as saying on Wednesday.
