Shock on photographer's death will seek response from Philippines: Blok

Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok said on Friday he would seek clarification from the Philippines on the killing of a Dutch photographer held hostage by Islamic State-linked militants in the country since 2012.

"I am shocked by this terrible outcome", Blok said, after the Philippines army said 59-year-old Ewold Horn was killed during a gun battle between the military and militants.
