KPN: Nationwide network outage resolved, emergency services restored

Dutch telecom Koninklijke KPN said a network outage that knocked out ambulance and police emergency service numbers was resolved Monday evening after roughly four hours.

"There was a major telephone disruption... This has been resolved," it said in a statement posted on its website.
