Nepal Police have arrested three persons who were trying to traffick 11 Nepalese youth to India on the pretext of getting lucrative jobs. In a statement, Nepal Police said the arrested have been identified as Furka Uram (48), Fulkumari Uram (45) and Hafij Ansari (40).

They will be chargesheeted under the human trafficking act, they said, adding a further investigation has been launched into the matter. The youth, who are in their early twenties, were supposed to be taken to various Indian cities with the promise of getting good jobs in India, police said.
