Bomb explodes inside mosque in eastern Afghanistan during Friday prayers

A bomb exploded in a mosque in eastern Afghanistan during Friday prayers, officials said, killing and wounding at least 10 men who had gathered for worship. Attaullah Khogyani, the spokesman for Nangarhar's provincial governor, said the explosion happened inside a mosque in Haska Mena district.

"The roof has fallen due to the blast, at least 10 people are feared to be dead and wounded," said Khogyani. No militant group has claimed responsibility so far.
