SHO suspended for dereliction of duty in Rajasthan

The station house officer of a police station was today suspended for dereliction of duty in Rajasthan's Nagaur district, police said.

Anil Dev Kalla, a sub inspector and SHO of Padu Kalan police station, showed serious dereliction in investigating a rape case and there were complaints against him, Superintendent of Police Nagaur Harendra Kumar said.

"The allegations against the SHO were found true, therefore he was suspended," the SP said.
