525 kg of drugs destroyed in Kancheepuram district

A total of 525 kg of drugs such as ephedrine and ketamine seized by the narcotics control bureau was destroyed in nearby Kancheepuram district Thursday.
The contraband, which included 503 kg of ganja, was incinerated, a press release from the bureau said.
The drugs were destroyed in compliance with a court order.
