Blinken says drone incident over Black Sea with Russia being investigated

A U.S. military surveillance drone's crash into the Black Sea after being intercepted by Russian jets is being investigated, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Wednesday, declining to speak on the intent or the motivation behind the incident.

Speaking at a news conference during an official visit to Ethiopia, Blinken described the incident as "reckless" and "unsafe".
